I never spoke to anyone. I don't understand why it's so hard to talk to someone or shop a Harbor Breeze parts site.
I don't like to give bad reviews, so do better to make it easier for consumers to purchase parts if available to buy. I've wasted at least an hour trying to find myself.
My ceiling fan just stopped running
Your employees were very professional and courteous they worked very hard to solve my problem with the fan ,however the motor or the transmitter was totally gone so a new fan had to be sent out. Thank you for all that was done.

Not happy with the situation going to buy a new fan not harbor breeze the representatives just push you around like cattle a simple question turns into blah blah blah
Terrible way to run a customer service contact
Trying to ask a simple question and after several attempts finally reached a chat. Went through all the problems and explained the situation they put off to a paid service and wanted my credit card to answer the problem I am having with a new harbour bree,e remote and a harbour bree,e fan

Nothing has been dealt with. I tried calling a number that was provided to me and got no response. For something serious like the fan blade falling off while I'm sleeping and hitting my wall, causing damage to the drywall, this is ridiculous that the company is not dealing with it.

Customer service was outstanding. Morrison helped in any way he could.
My issue is I needed a complete light fixture for a new fan because I dropped and broke the original.
I was able to purchase a new fixture but the light glass was discontinued.
I had to go to Home Depot and purchase glass tulips. If you can buy the fan and accessories in a combined fan package they should carry the replacement parts.

Hello. I used my remote to turn off the lights on my fan but keep the fan on.
I came home and now the top lights work but the bottom lights do not. I tried reprogramming the remote to no avail. I am wondering if it's a wiring issue but I can't find a manual.
The sticker says Intertek 400**** model no: M52-5B/6I. Can you please assist?

We moved into our new home in May one year ago. Bought 4 fans.
The fan over the dining room suddenly stopped working.
The light was on dim and when we brightened the fan light the blades stopped moving. Can you explain how we can get it working again?

I need to replace the shade of the ceiling fan. Item number 0428802, model 35061, is broken while I was replacing it.
Masson went over & above to remedy my issue
Light fixture fell & needed replacement. Masson went beyond to fix and remedy the issue
The light fell because of my mistake.

Fee to get techinal help
Four months after I had a professional install a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan with a single light, the light stopped working. I could not remove the light cover to replace the LED light.
I went to the Harbor Freight web page to get technical assistance. I was set to JustAnswer web page, which requires payment for help.
The web page required a credit card, and there was a recurring monthly fee if I did not somehow stop the service.
Why would Harbor Breeze has such a set up? To rip off its customers?
