Light Globe and Remote Installation Instructions | Harbor Breeze review

We need a light globe for Model LM-SCS52FN570/L8063 and a remote. We broke the light globe trying to replace the bulb. We also broke the remote when it was dropped. We bought a new remote and need a detailed instruction on how to install the box so the remote will work.

I bought 4 fans a couple years ago but lost the receipt. On 3 of the fans the light does not work and the other one the fan does not work. It was fine for the first year but do not know what happened after that. I wish I could exchange them or get some credit or discount to buy new ones.

Went back to Lowe’s and they waited nothing to do with my need. Referred me to Harbor Breeze which has been a joke in customer service. Over two months ago they promised to send what I needed to repair the fan and still waiting weeks later. I even paid Lowe’s to install at an extra $80. Will never buy a HB fan again.

The remote to the fan will not sync with the fan. I have tried to contact the call center, and receive zero help or option. I am only told by a recording device, "Due to high call traffic, your call cannot be answered at this time. Please try again later." What kind of system is this? And how can i turn off this fan?
