Chain broke inside the Zing Ear switch. While trying to change The Zing Ear switch the glass broke and we need this replaced.

I purchased a 60' remote control DC motor fan. It didn't work!
After a phone call where they read the instructions back to me, I went back to Lowe's and purchased another. I installed it, and it worked.
I returned the first one and I'm done for now. I have purchased other items from the same company without a remote and they work fine.

Harbor Breeze 400-Lumen 6.8-Watt Black Low Voltage Hardwired LED Spot Light Kit
I purchased these lights last summer, and three out of the four lights have failed me. I noticed somehow water got inside them.
Is there any warranty on these lights? They should have lasted more than nine months.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. contacted harbor breeze no response ...contacted home depot... a replacement was mailed out at no charge
I would like to have a replacement globe. As we were installing the fan and it looked so good... the last touch was the globe and this is what i found please see attached pictures. There was no broken glass in the box. The box did not appear to have been opened. There were no dents in the box...
I think this has come from the manufacturer this way.

I contacted Harbor Breeze approximately 1.5 weeks ago about a faulty receiver on a new fan I bought. Lowes no longer carries this fan, but Harbor Breeze stated they would get back in touch with me about replacing it since the fan has a lifetime warranty.
I'm still waiting for a reply. No phone call, no email, no text, not even a smoke signal. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful new ceiling fan that doesn't work. It might as well be considered a $200+ paperweight.
Yes, the wiring is correct and I paid to have it professionally installed.
Yes, the remote has the battery included with the fan as well as being replaced with another new one.
Even the troubleshooting section of the installation instructions indicates the receiver may need to be replaced and instructs to call Harbor Breeze for another one. Yeah, right.

- Do not stand by their products
Preferred solution: The replacement receiver.

We can not get a return call despite months of trying. Need light kit replacement.
It stopped working
Our light kit just stopped working. We have tried for months going through Lowes to get a replacement. Never received a call back. I called the pissed off customer call line tonight and spoke with Manuel.
He was great, and I will receive a replacement light kit in 1 to 4 business days. Manuel restored mine and my family's thoughts about Harbor Breeze. I can now tell my daughter and brother, who are both remodeling their homes to go ahead with their order from Harbor Breeze.
They were waiting to see if my issues got resolved. Thank you, Manuel.

I installed two Harbor Breeze ceiling fans in my living room. Immediate out of the box I had a very noisy fan.
I took it back to Lowes for another fan. It was much better. But now, after two years, they are both humming. I would not recommend a Harbor Breeze fan.
I have five Hunter ceiling fans.
Ive had two of them for over twelve years. They are all very quite.

- Noisy

Harbor Breeze agreed to provide a replacement fan because we had exhausted all troubleshooting measures with ours and it was still under warranty. We went to Lowes to get the replacement and they refused to give us one.
They said because we got it on sale, they would not replace it. We argued it should be an even exchange, but they absolutely refused.

Hello, I have this model in the subject line. This fan is great.
The only problem I have is that the remote light never goes out. It is constantly illuminated and drains batteries. I have probably spent $500 replacing batteries. I've tried every step known to man, every tutorial video, and I've come to the realization that the remote is just bad and its LED light is on and constantly drains these batteries.
Could you just send me a new remote? I'm so tired of going to the store and getting more A23 batteries.

Pissed off
Called almost two months ago because I had received 3 ceiling fans as gifts back in November for house warming. We were just putting them up when we realized there were no remotes for the any of the ceiling fans.
Called they said they were on back order and should be shipped in about 30 days. Call again oh yup they were shipped yesterday so 7-10 days you should have them. Called after 20 days and all of a sudden they dont even have the reference number and the lady was like well you need to reorder them.
Im sorry Ive already been waiting 2 months what happened to them being shipped and what not. Worst customer service ever.
