Fan stopped working and it is the receiver. Lowe's couldn't even locate one for me.

They said there is none like the one in my fan.GALILEO Model #E-GAL52BC4GRS Really dissappointed as I truly liked your fans. Have them all through my home. There will be no more because I can't get this resolved.

Trash is going to get a 3year old fan that is beautiful. Sorry you don't care about your customers

How can I reverse direction on my caged fan using the remote? I do not have the model number or manual.

My ceiling are 8 feet high and I got a Henderson 60" 25lb ceiling fan that comes with a 6 inch down rod. California building codes say the fan must be at least 7 feet from the blades to the floor.

This fan will be too low with the down rod.

What is the shortest down rod I can use with this fan, and/or can it be attached flush to the ceiling? The fan does not come with flush mounted parts.

How can I get 4 missing screws. We purchased.

I purchased my fan from Lowe’s in the summer. 0807421 I have struggling with the fan remote.

Sometimes it works, other times it doesn’t. I changed batteries. Had the electrician come back and change codes. Still having the same problems.

I have 2 can lights each with their own remote. We’ve checked to make sure the bulbs and batteries all work; however, the remote for each to turn off & on has stopped working on both remotes.

The button for the fan ( which we have no fan just light) lights up saying it works.

The remote is a Harbor Breeze #KUJCE9805 is the code on the back of remote(s). What do I need to do?

We had a electrician come out to install our ceiling fan and he said the wires coming out of the fan are only about 4 feet long. He said we would need to get a whole new fan that has longer wires coming out of it so they can install it. I just need to know if that is our only option or if there is another way that they can hook the fan up.

Two of the three ceiling fans will only run at the slowest speed. I don't use a remote, only a wall switch.

I adjust the speed to a higher setting but that does not change anything. These fans are mine years old.

There are no buttons on motor body nor on remote itself. We have researched extensively to no avail.

The suggestion to hold “fast” button (high speed) did not yield any changes. Does it not have the capability to reverse???

Very dusty on housing/blades -

Just purchased fan. It says 7' from floor But my ceiling is 7'3" There fore I need to go lower.

Before putting it all together, I need to know the height of the fan bottom to top so I can attach to the highest level possible.

There are no specs I can find to give me this info. I called 800 643-**** on a Thursday and they said they were not open.
