After being on hold for over 15 minutes I finally get to talk to somebody. We have a brand new house built two years ago and the contractor who installed the ceiling fans took all the boxes with him. When I called because of a remote quit working for the light, the gal was basically refusing to try to help me and transferred me over to Lowe’s. She said the remote control number would not help her. She didn’t even try to get somebody to help her. I will never buy another one of their products if they’re going to have people like at the supposed be helping just ignore you!

Requested a replacement remote from manufacturer. Wouldn't help me unless I gave them the ceiling fan model number despite the remote having a model number on the back. After giving them the ceiling fan part number they proceed to tell me that those remotes are not available for 3 weeks. I ask what the part number on the remote is so I can place an order and the guy tells me they don't have part numbers for remotes. Not believing the guy because I have a remote with a clearly visible model number on the back...... I proceed to ask how I order a remote that doesn't have a part number and he hangs up. Poor products and even worse customer service. Take your business somewhere else.
